Sadly, wundy dogs like this puppy faces challenges of finding fever home due to the phenomenon known as wundy dogs Syndrome ,This bias can lead them bing neglected because of their situation in shelter

Tail Waggers Haven is the largest companion animal shelter in Uganda, home to 200+ dogs, cats, puppies and kittens given a second chance for a happy life filled with love & looking for .
our mission to help Ugandan dogs in our local community; they deserve compassion, care and access to food and water.
Tail Waggers Havens, managed by the Uganda Society for the Protection and Care of Animals (USPCA) remains the only place that promotes animal welfare in Uganda. It has 200 animals under its care, most of them dogs.
