our mission to help Ugandan dogs in our local community; they deserve compassion, care and access to food and water. 
Tail Waggers Havens, managed by the Uganda Society for the Protection and Care of Animals (USPCA) remains the only place that promotes animal welfare in Uganda. It has 200 animals under its care, most of them dogs.
